SAKAI Japanese Restaurant，胡志明市当地的一家位于市中心位置的日本料理餐厅，老板是个四十岁出头的中年人，这家海胆真的不错。

这里除了有浪漫的法式地砖和木质家具，还有一拖拉库复古的装饰摆设，如老式收音机，电话机，黑白电视等，让每个角落变得超有欧洲风味。就是要给你浓浓欧洲复古空间，室内采光明亮，旧旧的木头家具呈现出岁月的痕迹，还有美丽的阳台座位可以欣赏街景。

这间海鲜餐厅做的还是不错的，早上九点就开门了。

这间新开的网红咖啡馆,虽然隐身巷内,不过ㄧ到门口就看到一堆女孩儿在门口拍照,在坐无缺席的情况下,还幸运的有一个窗边的位子,就这样地和朋友聊天,过了一个看著时而滂礡大雨时而绵绵细雨的下午，很不错。

本地人很多。炸软壳蟹味道超棒。价格不算便宜，但蟹肉分量很足。炒蟹粉、蟹肉羹值得推荐。我们五个人比较能吃。所以人均单价较高。但每个人都基本吃到撑。

炸软皮螃蟹️比较好吃，是这里的招牌菜，海鲜米线也很不错，炸蟹卷也还可以，三种蘸料甜口，咸口，和这边特色chili麻辣番茄酱都能接受，蔬菜一盘没怎么动，可能吃不惯这个味道，因为不太认识菜，好像是薄荷叶的感觉。炒饭很不错，适合小孩子吃！

馋海鲜的话，可以来这里试试，在1 区靠北的位置，以大排档来讲价格不算实惠，但味道确实不错，主打螃蟹，各种螃蟹，非常新鲜，店家变着戏法把蟹肉弄成各种美味，面拖蟹、蟹肉蛋炒饭、蟹肉春卷。螃蟹爱好者一定去尝尝。强烈推荐软壳蟹，整只下油锅炸出来的，连壳都吃了，太过瘾了。
